The below list will show which indicator uses which inputs.
How to Setup
#Step 1 –
First, you have to active AVERAGE INDICATION SECTION to Set from EA’s Input
Active Average = On
#Step 2 –
Select your trading type from Average Signal Type. It should be CROSS or UP and DOWN
#Step 3 –
Select your signal indicator from Signal Indicator. If you want to use MA then select Moving Average or if you want Adaptive Moving Average then set Adaptive Moving Average. You have 6 indicators to choose from.
NOTE: Some indicators are not supported on MT4 like the Adaptive Moving Average, Double Exponential Moving Average, Fractal Adaptive Moving Average, Triple Exponential Moving Average, and Variable Index Dynamic Average. All indicators are supported on MT5
After your indicator selection is done then configure your indicator. Like period, MA Shift, and MA Price.
NOTE: Not all indicators require that you configure all the inputs. For instance, if your indicator is MA (Moving Average) then you don’t need to configure “Fast EMA (Signal/Slow Line)” you can avoid this setting because MA doesn’t have this setting.
#Step 4 –
Select your compare indicator from Compare Indicator. If you want to use MA then select Moving Average or if you want Adaptive Moving Average then set Adaptive Moving Average. You can select any of compare indicators and you don’t need to match them with Signal Indicator.
For example – you can select Signal Indicator = MA (Moving Average) and Compare Indicator = Adaptive Moving Average.
After your indicator selection is done, configure your indicator. Like period, MA Shift, and MA Price.
NOTE: Not all indicators require that you configure all inputs. If your indicator is MA (Moving Average) then you don’t need to configure “Fast EMA (Signal/Slow Line)” you can avoid this setting because MA doesn’t have this setting.
