01. General Conditions
MeetAlgo LLC: means the MetaAlgo LLC company which is the owner and the copyright owner of the website www.meetalgo.com.
MeetAlgo.com: means the MeetAlgo LLC company.
These terms and conditions govern the use of our website, https://www.meetalgo.com, hereinafter referred to as the WEBSITE, and the Conditions of the Software License provided by this WEBSITE, whose owner is MEETALGO LLC, hereinafter referred to as the COMPANY.
Through the WEBSITE, the COMPANY provides the technical information, the functionality, and the correct use of the products offered and licensed on it. Therefore and because of its content and purpose, the natural people or legal entities who make use of the WEBSITE will acquire the status of clients and/or users, and thereby they will accept the present terms and conditions of use, the conditions of the software license, in the case it is acquired, and privacy policies in force at the moment in which they access the WEBSITE.
In this sense, the natural or legal entities who access the WEBSITE and do not purchase any product shall be considered users and accept being subject to the provisions of the present terms and conditions as far as these may be of application.
Any customer who purchases any product offered on the WEBSITE must be at least 18 years old and he must complete the requirements in the online forms. Once they are completed and accepted, the customer expressly accepts the contents of these terms and conditions, the license acquisition is formalized and perfected, and from that moment the COMPANY can proceed to charge the amount of money agreed on in the acquisition form and in the way chosen by the customer.
In this regard, all products purchased must be paid for in advance. According to what has been advised above, there are several means to make the payment and once this is confirmed, the COMPANY shall make available the product for the customer enabling its downloading from the WEBSITE.
The COMPANY is proud of the systems we have developed and of the quality and performance of our products. Nevertheless, the client and/or user should be aware that trading foreign exchange carries a high level of risk, and you can lose some or all of your investment. The high degree of leverage that is often obtainable in forex trading, can work against you as well as for you. The use of leverage can lead to large losses as well as large gains. You must be aware of the risks and be willing to accept them in order to invest in the futures and options markets. Do not trade with money you can’t afford to lose.
Therefore, the client and/or user understands and accepts that THE COMPANY will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage due to any reason. By using any product available on the WEBSITE, you acknowledge that you are familiar with these risks and that you are solely responsible for the outcomes of your decisions. We accept no liability whatsoever for any direct or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. You understand and agree that past results are not necessarily indicative of future performance.
The client and/or user must not use the WEBSITE in any way that causes or may cause, damage to the WEBSITE or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the WEBSITE, or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.
The client and/or user must not use the WEBSITE to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish, or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) any spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit or other malicious computer software.
The client and/or user must not conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities (including without limitation scraping, data mining, data extraction and data harvesting) on or in relation to our WEBSITE without our express written consent.
The client and/or user must not use the WEBSITE to transmit or send unsolicited commercial communications. You must not use the WEBSITE for any purposes related to marketing without our express written consent.
The COMPANY does not take responsibility for problems caused by external reasons, like, for example, the availability of the web servers, power failures or performance of the brokers, on which we have no influence. Should financial or personal losses and/or financial damage occur due to such events, we cannot be held responsible for them. Despite careful research and a thoughtful supply of all the information, we are not responsible for any possible failure.

02. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
03. Registration and Access
You must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required in your country to consent to use our services.
You may not share your paid license key or make your license key available to anyone else and are responsible for all activities that occur under your license key. If you purchase a license key on behalf of another person or entity, you must have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
04. Expert Advisors
Due to the nature of Trading Software and the changing environment of trading platforms, meetalgo.com does not guarantee trading software will work for the entire duration of the license. Unforeseen circumstances can partially or fully stop trading software from working.
This risk is understood and agreed to when purchasing a license of any EA offered and meetalgo.com will take no responsibility if an EA stops working and the issue cannot be resolved via an Update.
05. Products Purchases, Payments, and Refund Policy
Our products are the pre-build Expert Advisor, Indicators, and Utilities.
The Product offered through our website can be provided only as a compiled file only.
The purchase will not come with the source code.
You can able to backtest any of our products without any limitation before the by-product.
When you buy any product you fully agree that you are a test product before purchase and you are fully satisfied that the product is good for you.
The products may not be resold to a third party.
The products may not be lent or given to a third party, except persons you are closely connected to, such as relatives or friends.
The product can’t be exchanged if you generate any activation key.
If you mistakenly buy any product and you do not generate any serial key then you can exchange a product. But if you generate any serial key then you can’t be exchanged.
You agree to receive product update notifications per e-mail.
MeetAlgo.com has the right to close, suspend or restrict access to MeetAlgo Services, and/or restrict access to Your funds in Your Client Area in case You violate the provisions of these Terms of Use, Rules, or Additional Terms concluded with MeetAlgo Ltd.
All purchases in MeetAlgo Services are final. No refund or replacement of a product or a service is provided. By purchasing digital content in MeetAlgo Services (for example, licenses for software applications in the Market service), You agree not to use the right of withdrawal stipulated by law.

06. Activation and License Key Information
In our website, “activation” refers to a serial key required for our trading tools to function. Each purchase of trading software includes a specific number of activations, which can be either 10 or 30, as detailed on the product information page. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this information prior to making a purchase.
For example, if your purchased product includes 30 activations, you can use it on up to 30 different broker accounts. These accounts may be either demo or live, and they will utilize the same activation.
If you require additional activations, you will need to purchase the product again.
Please ensure that you provide the correct broker account ID during the activation process. Once a serial key is generated, it cannot be deleted or modified, resulting in the loss of one activation.
Please note that the number of activations may change at any time and will apply to both new and existing purchases.
07. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MeetAlgo and its licensors.
08. Links To Other Web Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by MeetAlgo.
MeetAlgo has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
09. Programming Service
You will receive a compiled version of the product (.ex4/.ex5), We will not provide any source file.
We will not provide any source files only ex4 or ex5 files (Price only for one product MT4 or MT5).
Copyright and branding will be your name.
You have full payment in advance.
No refund or replacement of a product or a service is provided, Only Refund if we are unable to perform your job and refund decisions are accepted by us. In this case refund fee will be charged by you.
Our product can’t work well in the Metaquotes-Demo server, It can work with any other brokers without any limitation
The product doesn’t have any activation limitations. You can use this EA anywhere anytime.
This is only for private use only. You can’t resell it.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
11. Governing Law
The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
MeetAlgo is a software tool for financial traders, we do not handle any client funds, we’re not an asset management service. All accounts connected to our platform are that of the user. Some aspects of MeetAlgo may require you to hold the correct regulation. If operating as a public signal service, you acknowledge that you are responsible for any signals sent via our software and that you hold the correct licenses to do so. You must be fully compliant with any regulatory or legal requirements applicable in your jurisdiction. MeetAlgo cannot be held responsible for any trader operating without the correct regulation.
12. Disputes Resolution
If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.
13. For European Union (EU) Users
If You are a European Union consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident in.
14. United States Federal Government End Use Provisions
If You are a U.S. federal government end user, our Service is a “Commercial Item” as that term is defined at 48 C.F.R. §2.101.
15. United States Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
16. Translation Interpretation
These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
