1. 1. MeetAlgo LLC: means the MetaAlgo LLC company which is the owner and the copyright owner of the website www.meetalgo.com.
   2. MeetAlgo.com: means the MeetAlgo LLC company.
   3. These terms and conditions govern the use of our website, https://www.meetalgo.com, hereinafter referred to as the WEBSITE, and the Conditions of the Software License provided by this WEBSITE, whose owner is MEETALGO LLC, hereinafter referred to as the COMPANY.
   4. Through the WEBSITE, the COMPANY provides the technical information, the functionality, and the correct use of the products offered and licensed on it. Therefore and because of its content and purpose, the natural people or legal entities who make use of the WEBSITE will acquire the status of clients and/or users, and thereby they will accept the present terms and conditions of use, the conditions of the software license, in the case it is acquired, and privacy policies in force at the moment in which they access the WEBSITE.
   5. In this sense, the natural or legal entities who access the WEBSITE and do not purchase any product shall be considered users and accept being subject to the provisions of the present terms and conditions as far as these may be of application.
   6. Any customer who purchases any product offered on the WEBSITE must be at least 18 years old and he must complete the requirements in the online forms. Once they are completed and accepted, the customer expressly accepts the contents of these terms and conditions, the license acquisition is formalized and perfected, and from that moment the COMPANY can proceed to charge the amount of money agreed on in the acquisition form and in the way chosen by the customer.
   7. In this regard, all products purchased must be paid for in advance. According to what has been advised above, there are several means to make the payment and once this is confirmed, the COMPANY shall make available the product for the customer enabling its downloading from the WEBSITE.

Nevertheless, the client and/or user should be aware that trading foreign exchange carries a high level of risk, and you can lose some or all of your investment.    9. Therefore, the client and/or user understands and accepts that THE COMPANY will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage due to any reason. By using any product available on the WEBSITE, you acknowledge that you are familiar with these risks and that you are solely responsible for the outcomes of your decisions. We accept no liability whatsoever for any direct or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. You understand and agree that past results are not necessarily indicative of future performance.

The client and/or user must not use the WEBSITE in any way that causes or may cause, damage to the WEBSITE or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the WEBSITE, or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.
   11. The client and/or user must not use the WEBSITE to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish, or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) any spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit or other malicious computer software.
   12. The client and/or user must not conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities (including without limitation scraping, data mining, data extraction and data harvesting) on or in relation to our WEBSITE without our express written consent.
   13. The client and/or user must not use the WEBSITE to transmit or send unsolicited commercial communications. You must not use the WEBSITE for any purposes related to marketing without our express written consent.

The COMPANY does not take responsibility for problems caused by external reasons, like, for example, the availability of the web servers, power failures or performance of the brokers, on which we have no influence. Should financial or personal losses and/or financial damage occur due to such events, we cannot be held responsible for them. Despite careful research and a thoughtful supply of all the information, we are not responsible for any possible failure.
   15. In principle applies International common law.

2. Products Purchases, Payments, and Refund Policy

1. 1. Our products are the pre-build Expert Advisor, Indicators, and Utilities.
   2. The Product offered through our website can be provided only as a compiled file only.
   3. The purchase will not come with the source code.
   4. You can able to backtest any of our products without any limitation before the by-product.
   5. All purchases in MeetAlgo Services are final. No refund or replacement of a product or a service is provided. By purchasing digital content in MeetAlgo Services (for example, licenses for software applications in the Market service), You agree not to use the right of withdrawal stipulated by law.
   6. When you buy any product you fully agree that you are a test product before purchase and you are fully satisfied that the product is good for you.
   7. The products may not be resold to a third party.
   8. The products may not be lent or given to a third party, except persons you are closely connected to, such as relatives or friends.
   9. The product can’t be exchanged if you generate any activation key.
   10. If you mistakenly buy any product and you do not generate any serial key then you can exchange a product. But if you generate any serial key then you can’t be exchanged.
   11. You agree to receive product update notifications per e-mail.
   12. MeetAlgo Ltd has the right to close, suspend or restrict access to MeetAlgo Services, and/or restrict access to Your funds in Your Client Area in case You violate the provisions of these Terms of Use, Rules, or Additional Terms concluded with MeetAlgo Ltd.

3. Products Activation

1. 1. Every product comes with 30 activations. Mean you can use purchase product 30 different accounts. The account can be a demo account or a live account.
   2. If you want more activation I mean if you want to use more than 30 different accounts then you have to buy the product again.
   3. Please put your right broker account id. Because after generating the serial key you can’t delete or modify your serial key. You lose one activation.
   4. Keep In Mind – Activations can’t increase or decrease at any time and will affect both new and old purchases. 

4. Programming Service

1. 1. You will receive a compiled version of the product (.ex4/.ex5), We will not provide any source file.
   2. We will not provide any source files only ex4 or ex5 files (Price only for one product MT4 or MT5).
   3. Copyright and branding will be your name.
   4. You have full payment in advance.
   5. No refund or replacement of a product or a service is provided
   6. Our product can’t work well in the Metaquotes-Demo server, It can work with any other brokers without any limitation
   7. The product doesn’t have any activation limitations. You can use this EA anywhere anytime.
   8. This is only for private use only. You can’t resell it.
