MQL5 Ban MeetAlgo – Official Statement & Access Guide for Our Clients
For over 13 years, MeetAlgo has proudly served the trading community through the MQL5 Market, offering high-quality MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 tools while fully complying with MQL5 policies.
However, on 13 October 2025, our MQL5 seller account was permanently banned without prior notice. This action also removed all MeetAlgo products from public view on the MQL5 Market.
Why Did MQL5 Ban MeetAlgo Seller Account?
According to the message from the MQL5 team, the reason was that we offer some trading products for other platforms (such as DXTrade, Match-Trader, and TradeLocker) on our official website.
While this rule was not previously listed as a violation in the MQL5 marketplace policy, MetaQuotes has recently begun restricting sellers who offer or promote tools for non-MetaTrader platforms — even outside the MQL5 Market.
This ban was sudden and unexpected, and we received no prior warning or opportunity to correct the issue. As a result, our MQL5 account access was completely disabled.
We respect their decision, though it was disappointing after more than a decade of full compliance and contribution to the community.
How to Access Your MeetAlgo Products After the MQL5 Ban?
If you purchased any MeetAlgo product from the MQL5 Market, you still have full access to your purchases directly inside your MetaTrader terminal.
How to Access or Update in MetaTrader 5
Open MetaTrader 5.
Click Account and log in with your MQL5 credentials.

Go to Navigator → Market → My Purchases.
Click Install or Update next to your MeetAlgo product.
How to Access or Update in MetaTrader 4
Open MetaTrader 4.
Go to Tools → Options → Community tab, and log in with your MQL5 details.
Open View → Terminal → Market → Purchased.
Click Install/Update beside your purchased products.

Although MQL5 has banned our account, MeetAlgo continues to offer full technical support to all MQL5 buyers.

MQL5 licenses cannot be transferred or exchanged for MeetAlgo licenses.
