Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using MeetAlgo.com, purchasing any product, generating any activation, or using any MeetAlgo software, membership, download, serial key, or license key.

By using this website, purchasing from MeetAlgo, creating an account, downloading a product, generating an activation, or using any MeetAlgo software, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Software License conditions, the Privacy Policy, and all related policies published by MeetAlgo.

1. General Conditions

1.1. MeetAlgo LLC owns and operates MeetAlgo.com and provides trading software, automation tools, indicators, utilities, educational product information, memberships, downloads, and related digital services.

1.2. MeetAlgo provides software tools only. MeetAlgo does not provide investment advice, financial advice, portfolio management, account management, asset management, or any regulated financial service.

1.3. You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your country, to use MeetAlgo services or purchase any product or membership.

1.4. All products and memberships must be paid for in advance before access, download, membership benefits, serial keys, activation keys, or license keys are provided.

1.5. Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, futures, crypto, stocks, and other financial instruments involves significant risk. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

1.6. MeetAlgo is not responsible for any trading loss, financial loss, personal loss, business loss, broker issue, platform issue, server issue, technical issue, market condition, spread, slippage, execution problem, or any other damage arising from use of MeetAlgo products or services.

1.7. Past performance, backtests, examples, settings, screenshots, or product information do not guarantee future results.

1.8. You must not use this website or any MeetAlgo service for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, automated scraping, unauthorized marketing, malware, spam, or any activity that may damage MeetAlgo, its website, products, servers, customers, or reputation.

2. Accounts

2.1. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account, placing an order, requesting support, generating an activation, or using any MeetAlgo service.

2.2. You are responsible for safeguarding your account login, password, email access, license keys, activation keys, serial keys, product access, membership access, and all activity under your account.

2.3. You may not share, sell, rent, lend, give, transfer, or allow any other person to use your MeetAlgo account, membership account, license key, activation key, serial key, download access, or product access.

2.4. If your account information is inaccurate, incomplete, false, misleading, or used by another person, MeetAlgo may restrict, suspend, terminate, or permanently disable your account or access without refund.

2.5. You are responsible for all actions, purchases, downloads, activations, support requests, and license usage made from your account.

3. Registration and Access

3.1. You may not share your paid license key, serial key, activation key, product download access, membership access, account access, settings files, cache files, or any membership-only resource with anyone else.

3.2. Purchases, licenses, serial keys, activation keys, downloads, and membership benefits are for the original purchaser only.

3.3. Purchasing for another person, client, customer, group, company, community, or third party is not allowed unless MeetAlgo gives written approval before purchase.

3.4. If you claim to purchase on behalf of another person or entity without written approval from MeetAlgo, that purchase may be treated as unauthorized third-party use.

3.5. MeetAlgo may restrict, suspend, revoke, or permanently disable access without refund if an account, license, membership, activation, serial key, or product is used by someone other than the original purchaser.

4. Expert Advisors and Trading Software

4.1. MeetAlgo products may include Expert Advisors, indicators, utilities, trade management tools, automation tools, copy trading tools, loss recovery tools, and other trading-related software.

4.2. Due to changing trading platforms, broker rules, operating systems, MetaTrader/cTrader/platform updates, market conditions, and third-party dependencies, MeetAlgo does not guarantee that any software will work for the entire duration of a license or membership.

4.3. Unforeseen circumstances may partially or fully stop a product from working. MeetAlgo may attempt to provide updates where reasonable, but MeetAlgo is not responsible if a product stops working and the issue cannot be resolved.

4.4. Software performance may vary by broker, server, spread, execution, slippage, market condition, account type, settings, and user configuration.

4.5. You are responsible for testing software, settings, strategy behavior, broker compatibility, and risk before using any product on a live trading account.

5. Products, Purchases, Payments, and Refund Policy

5.1. MeetAlgo products are provided as compiled software files only. Source code is not included unless specifically agreed in writing.

5.2. Product files, downloads, license keys, serial keys, activation keys, memberships, settings files, optimized cache files, and membership-only resources are digital products and digital access items.

5.3. All purchases are final. No refunds or replacements are provided after purchase, except where MeetAlgo is legally required to do so or where MeetAlgo decides otherwise at its sole discretion.

5.4. If you accidentally purchase the wrong product and have not generated any activation key or serial key, MeetAlgo may allow an exchange at its discretion.

5.5. Once any activation key or serial key is generated, the product cannot be exchanged, refunded, replaced, transferred, or reassigned unless MeetAlgo decides otherwise.

5.6. Products, files, license keys, serial keys, activation keys, membership benefits, setting files, cache files, and download access may not be sold, resold, rented, shared, gifted, lent, transferred, distributed, sublicensed, or made available to any other person.

5.7. This restriction applies to everyone, including friends, family members, relatives, clients, customers, trading groups, signal groups, Telegram groups, Discord groups, social media communities, companies, employees, and any third party.

5.8. MeetAlgo reserves the right to close, suspend, restrict, revoke, or permanently disable access if any customer violates these Terms, misuses the activation system, shares products, resells access, or generates activations for other people.

6. Activation and License Key Information

6.1. “Activation” means a serial key, license key, activation key, account validation, device validation, broker account validation, or other verification method required for MeetAlgo tools to function.

6.2. Each product or membership includes a specific number of activations, or activation rules, as stated on the product page, membership page, order page, or activation page.

6.3. Activation limits, license rules, membership benefits, included products, product categories, and access rights may change at any time, with or without notice.

6.4. Activations may be used only by the original MeetAlgo purchaser and only for trading accounts that belong to, are controlled by, or are legally authorized for that same original purchaser.

6.5. The broker/trading account used for activation must match, or be reasonably verifiable as belonging to, the same person or entity that purchased the product or membership from MeetAlgo.

6.6. You may not generate activation keys for another person’s trading account.

6.7. You may not use your purchase or membership to activate products for customers, friends, family members, relatives, clients, community members, companies, groups, or any third party.

6.8. Providing an incorrect broker account ID, account number, broker server, account name, or other activation information may result in permanent loss of that activation.

6.9. Once a serial key or activation key is generated, it may not be deleted, edited, replaced, transferred, or reassigned unless MeetAlgo decides otherwise.

6.10. If additional activations are needed, the customer must purchase the product again, renew, upgrade, or follow the applicable membership rules.

7. Membership Terms

7.1. MeetAlgo offers different membership plans. Membership plans, pricing, duration, activation limits, included products, benefits, and access rights may change at any time, with or without prior notice.

7.2. Some memberships are time-based and expire after a set date. Some memberships are activation-based and limited by a specific number of activation keys. Some memberships may include unlimited activations.

7.3. All membership types follow the same personal-use rule: membership benefits, product access, downloads, license keys, serial keys, and activations are only for the original membership purchaser.

7.4. Unlimited activation membership does not mean unlimited sharing, resale, redistribution, third-party activation, client activation, group activation, or commercial activation service.

7.5. Unlimited activation membership means the original purchaser may generate activations for their own verified trading accounts, subject to MeetAlgo’s fair-use, anti-abuse, verification, and audit rules.

7.6. Ultimate Membership or any unlimited membership is for personal use only. It cannot be used to create activation keys for other people, customers, clients, friends, family members, relatives, groups, companies, communities, or third parties.

7.7. If MeetAlgo detects abnormal activation behavior, excessive activation generation, repeated different broker names, unrelated account owners, multiple third-party trading accounts, resale activity, shared access, or suspicious usage, MeetAlgo may pause, manually review, restrict, suspend, or revoke membership access without refund.

7.8. After membership expiry, previously generated valid keys may continue to work, but access to membership-only areas, downloads, setting files, optimized cache files, future updates, and new activation generation may be restricted according to the membership rules.

7.9. Products outside the membership’s included category or plan benefits are not included unless clearly stated on the membership page or approved by MeetAlgo.

8. Activation System, Personal Use, Audit, and License Revocation

8.1. MeetAlgo reserves the right to modify, update, limit, suspend, or change the activation system at any time.

8.2. Activation system changes may include activation limits, verification requirements, broker account checks, account owner checks, device checks, customer account checks, license validation rules, activation approval rules, or any other anti-abuse method required to protect MeetAlgo products and genuine customers.

8.3. All MeetAlgo products, memberships, downloads, serial keys, activation keys, license keys, setting files, cache files, and membership benefits are provided only for the personal use of the original purchaser.

8.4. You are not allowed to sell, resell, rent, share, gift, lend, distribute, sublicense, or transfer any MeetAlgo product, file, serial key, license key, activation key, download access, membership access, setting file, cache file, or membership-only resource.

8.5. You are not allowed to use your product purchase or membership to generate activation keys for any other person.

8.6. You are not allowed to generate activations for customers, clients, friends, family members, relatives, groups, companies, communities, or third parties.

8.7. You are not allowed to use MeetAlgo products, licenses, memberships, activations, or downloads for unauthorized commercial redistribution, resale, rental, marketplace sale, Telegram sale, Discord sale, social media sale, private group sale, or activation service.

8.8. Any license, activation, membership, or product access is non-transferable and must remain under the control of the original customer who made the purchase.

8.9. Activation keys may only be generated for trading accounts owned, controlled, or legally authorized by the original MeetAlgo purchaser.

8.10. The name or identity on the broker/trading account must match, or be reasonably verifiable as connected to, the MeetAlgo customer account.

8.11. MeetAlgo may reject, hold, restrict, suspend, or revoke activation if the broker account name does not match the purchaser, appears to belong to another person, cannot be verified, or suggests resale, sharing, or third-party use.

8.12. MeetAlgo reserves the right to conduct random or targeted audits of any customer, order, license, membership, activation, or trading account usage.

8.13. During an audit, MeetAlgo may request reasonable verification, including MeetAlgo account email, order number, customer name, broker name, broker server name, trading account number, trading account holder name, screenshot of the trading account profile, screenshot from MT4, MT5, cTrader, or another supported platform, temporary investor/read-only password where applicable, short screen recording, live proof, or any other reasonable proof needed to confirm that the trading account belongs to the original purchaser.

8.14. Customers should never share their master trading password with MeetAlgo. If password verification is requested, only a temporary investor/read-only password should be provided.

8.15. Failure to provide requested verification within the requested time may result in activation hold, license restriction, membership suspension, account suspension, or permanent revocation without refund.

8.16. MeetAlgo may monitor, review, and audit activation behavior to detect misuse, unauthorized sharing, commercial resale, license abuse, abnormal usage, or usage inconsistent with personal use.

8.17. If MeetAlgo determines that a customer has shared, resold, transferred, rented, distributed, or misused any product, license, activation, serial key, membership, or download access, MeetAlgo may hold new activation generation, disable existing activation keys, suspend the customer account, restrict download access, restrict membership access, revoke product access, cancel future updates, or permanently ban the customer from MeetAlgo services without refund.

8.18. This policy protects genuine customers and prevents unauthorized resale, activation abuse, key sharing, and misuse of MeetAlgo trading software.

9. Programming Service

9.1. Programming service work is delivered as compiled files only, such as .ex4 or .ex5 files, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9.2. Source files are not provided unless MeetAlgo expressly agrees in writing before the project starts.

9.3. Full payment in advance is required for programming service work unless MeetAlgo agrees otherwise.

9.4. No refund is provided for programming service work except when MeetAlgo is unable to perform the job or MeetAlgo decides otherwise at its sole discretion.

9.5. Programming service products are for private use only and may not be resold, redistributed, shared, sublicensed, transferred, or commercially distributed unless MeetAlgo gives written approval.

10. Affiliate Commission

10.1. MeetAlgo may offer an affiliate program for eligible products and approved affiliates.

10.2. Standard affiliate commission, eligible product categories, cooling-off periods, withdrawal rules, payment methods, and approval requirements may change at any time.

10.3. Affiliate commission is not earned on fraudulent, refunded, charged back, self-referred, abusive, suspicious, or policy-violating orders.

10.4. Affiliates must not make misleading, prohibited, financial, profit-guarantee, risk-free, or unauthorized claims about MeetAlgo products.

10.5. MeetAlgo may suspend or terminate affiliate access and commissions for violation of affiliate rules, advertising rules, product policies, or these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1. All content, products, software, files, designs, text, graphics, logos, features, functionality, documentation, settings files, cache files, downloads, and website materials are the exclusive property of MeetAlgo or its licensors.

11.2. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, crack, bypass, redistribute, resell, upload, publish, share, leak, sublicense, or create derivative works from MeetAlgo products or materials unless MeetAlgo gives written approval.

11.3. Unauthorized copying, sharing, resale, reverse engineering, license bypassing, or distribution may result in account termination, license revocation, legal action, and permanent ban from MeetAlgo services.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

12.1. MeetAlgo may link to third-party websites, brokers, platforms, payment processors, marketplaces, tools, or services.

12.2. MeetAlgo is not responsible for third-party websites, services, privacy policies, terms, fees, outages, platform changes, broker conditions, execution, spreads, or trading results.

12.3. Purchases through MQL5 Market, cTrader Market, or other third-party platforms are governed by those platforms’ separate terms and are not controlled by MeetAlgo’s direct website purchase terms unless stated otherwise.

13. Termination

13.1. MeetAlgo may terminate, suspend, restrict, revoke, or permanently disable access immediately, without notice or liability, for breach of these Terms or suspected misuse.

13.2. Termination may include account suspension, activation hold, license revocation, download restriction, membership restriction, support restriction, and disabling of existing or future access.

13.3. No refund is owed when access is restricted, suspended, revoked, or terminated due to policy violation, activation abuse, resale, sharing, fraud, unauthorized use, or breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

14.1. These Terms are governed by applicable law and international common law principles where applicable.

14.2. MeetAlgo is a software provider and does not handle customer trading funds, manage customer trading accounts, or provide asset management services.

14.3. Disputes should first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting MeetAlgo support.

14.4. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

14.5. The original English version of these Terms prevails in case of translation or interpretation disputes.

15. Policy Changes

15.1. MeetAlgo may update these Terms, product rules, membership rules, activation rules, pricing, benefits, license rules, and access policies at any time, with or without prior notice.

15.2. Continued use of MeetAlgo products, memberships, activations, downloads, website, or services after updates means you accept the updated Terms.

15.3. Activation rules, license validation rules, membership benefits, and anti-abuse rules may apply to both new and existing customers where required to protect MeetAlgo, its products, and genuine customers.
